When you were growing up, daybeds were probably in style, and it was every little girl’s dream to have one in her bedroom, whereas boys wanted bunks. Today, though, it seems like kids are more into contemporary styles and new wave furniture, making you wonder if a day bed is still the right choice for your daughter’s room. Not only is it still a viable and excellent option for your daughter - it’s now acceptable and a great piece of furniture to include in your son’s room as well.

We all find ourselves getting in arguments and acting like a child, no matter how old we get. But sometimes we need to learn to forgive ourselves and others for petty mistakes.
Isn’t it funny how as our age progresses we expect our maturity level to increase at the same pace? But, if we are honest with ourselves, most of us, at times, still get our feelings hurt at things we know we should just let roll off our backs. Or better yet, when we are in that strange mood we catch ourselves doing things that we wouldn’t normally do and end up saying things or doing things that we later regret.
