Bad fathers use siblings against each other. Bad fathers divide families instead of uniting families. Bad fathers do not give their children support. Bad fathers are always thinking of themselves and never thinking of someone else. Bad fathers are bad fathers-period.
Today, on father’s day, my hope for the world is that all the bad fathers are blessed with revival, blessed with a renewed belief in God , so that they can change their horrible ways and so that they can begin to be real fathers. My prayer for them is that they begin to be good fathers. And my prayer for them is that they realize who selfish they are and that they begin in this very moment to be better towards everyone that they meet . But most of all, my prayer for them is that they suddenly realize that everything that they did in secret, was not a secret at all, and they have been found out. My prayer for them is that they come to their senses and realize that children are as important as grown adults are, no, better yet, that they realize that children are so much more important than adults.
My prayer for bad fathers is that they become nicer at this moment, that they become unselfish at this moment and that at this very moment they go to their children and ask honest, sincere forgiveness for the horrible things that they have done to them. My prayer to day is that all fathers become real fathers. And that is all we need at this moment.
